Safety is the first Priority, We will visit site and carry out Risk Assessments to create a Site Safety Management Plan.

To run the operation correctly we source the correct vehicles and staff and make sure they are compliant.
Site Set up & Welfare
We will set up and source all site safety equipment and signage to make sure it meets requirements.
Route Planning
We gain permission from pick up points and drop off points from operators or land owners or the council. We create timetables and staff locations (This includes Ticket Scanners, Loaders, PAX Counters).
Live Site Support Crew
On Site Managers who over look the operation to keep the flow of vehicles and passengers moving.
Platform and Tickets
We create a Bespoke Platform to platform Tickets for Festival Express Travel. This means it doesn't cost you a penny. The whole operation is Managed on a PAX count instead of a Set Target Agreement.
